IZIVIZI.MARKETING – TERMS OF SERVICE FOR PREPAID PACKAGES Effective from: 09.07.2025 Applies to: All clients purchasing prepaid marketing & creative packages via www.izivizi.marketing This Agreement governs the provision of marketing, creative, and digital services by: Contractor: “VIZZUELL” EOOD (trading as izivizi ), a company registered in Bulgaria, VAT number: BG207358233, with headquarters at: 8 Maystor Aleksi Rilets str, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria Contact Email: buzz@izivizi.marketing Hereinafter referred to as “Izivizi”, “we”, or “the Contractor” To: Any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) who purchases a prepaid marketing & creative service package via izivizi.marketing and completes payment via Stripe. By completing the purchase of any package through izivizi.marketing, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions listed below. 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES By purchasing a prepaid package (10, 20, 40, or 60 hours/month), the Client receives access to izivizi's full range of services, including but not limited to: Branding & visual identity Website & landing page design via Framer Copywriting & marketing messaging Social media content & creative ads Advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) SEO, email marketing & analytics setup Creative design, automation & integrations 2. PAYMENT & BILLING Payment is made 100% in advance via Stripe. Completing payment constitutes full agreement with these Terms of Service. All prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Packages renew automatically every month via Stripe subscription. It is the Client’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle if they wish to stop using the service. 3. TASK REQUESTS & TIME USAGE The Client may submit requests for services at any time. Each request will receive an hour estimate before work begins. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Additional work beyond the selected plan requires explicit written approval. 4. SERVICE SPECIFICS Website Design (Framer): Available only in Pro 40 plans and above. Standard websites range from 25 to 80 hours depending on size, structure, and complexity. Custom designs and content-heavy builds may exceed this range. Landing Pages: Development of landing pages is available in all subscription plans, only for websites built by izivizi and hosted on Framer. Short-form Video Production: Available only for Pro 40 plans and above. Videos are ordered in packs of 4, filmed in a single session. Each short video is billed as 5 subscription hours. Example: Pro 40 = 4 videos (20h) + 20h for other tasks. Commercial Film Productions: Filming is billed separately, starting from €2000 per shooting day. A personal quote is required based on project complexity. Pre-production and post-production (editing) may be executed within the Client’s monthly package hours, if applicable. AI Tools Access: All plans include access to izivizi’s internal AI tools (for content, visuals, copy, etc.). Each plan includes a defined monthly AI usage limit. Excess usage (e.g. full-length AI videos, voice avatars) may be billed separately or deducted from subscription hours. If your project is primarily AI-based, please contact us for a custom quote. 5. RESPONSIBILITIES Client agrees to: Provide timely materials and decisions Approve or request edits within 5 business days Hold rights to all provided content izivizi agrees to: Deliver work professionally and efficiently Track hours honestly Communicate clearly and transparently Maintain confidentiality of all materials 6. OWNERSHIP & CREDITS All final work is the Client’s intellectual property upon full payment. izivizi may showcase selected work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing. 7.
